Mimosa Duo
Door Sales $15

Mimosa Duo performs in Nelson for the first time in world history!

A swinging Australian guitar and violin duo, Mimosa have been performing together for 8 years. Being trained classical musicians hailing from the Sydney Conservatorium they naturally began crafting their repertoire from the realms of classical music BUT after a fateful night watching a romantic movie together they stumbled into the world of Gypsy Jazz and haven't looked back! Since then they have lived in France for 6 months soaking up the style and have performed for Australias one and only Gypsy Jazz Festival OzManouche. They currently perform as guest entertainers on cruise ships and regularly perform in concert, for festivals and functions. Their show is a mixed bag, from classical music to gypsy jazz with a few spin balls in between.
