A pillar of the local music scene, Gentle Giant have been performing regularly around the top of the South for over a decade. With Sam Sargent on vocals, Alex Thompson on guitar, Andreas Vitz on drums and Dan Hanson on bass, this four-piece knows how to work the dance floor.

While they are usually known for their unique take on artists such as ABBA, Blondie and The Killers, Gentle Giant have put together something special for you at The Boathouse Friday 8th March. A Slice of Heaven is their tribute to the bands and songwriters who have made their mark on NZ music over the last 50 years. Bring your dancing shoes and be prepared for some classic kiwi tunes!
